Remember when Covenant tried a hunger strike? We know he really needed to eat in the Land.

He also grew a beard but we never got to find out if he wouldve kept the beard as he always spoiled it by shaving! This is very similar to something said in another thread where people said that only his mind/soul/spirit was in the Land
