Suckiness is subjective. I agree.

Good call. I don't think it's too far-fetched to say she got signed as a "recording artist" purely because of association with her famous sister, Jessica. Well, that and the fact that their dad is a Svengali-like figure who shamelessly promotes both of them.
The height (or depth) of Ashlee Simpson's suckitude had to be her lip-synching debacle on Saturday Night Live. I'm sure a lot of people have seen it by now (whether they wanted to or not). Maybe in years past, this sort of thing would have killed a career, but all it seemed to do to Ashlee was to somehow enhance her "bad girl" image. What a joke. I don't care for the "it's okay, she's a hot babe" argument.
The lip-synching thing sure killed Milli Vanilli's career. Remember that duo? The poster boys for talentless suckitude. Not only did they not sing their songs live, they didn't even sing on their own album. Okay, the boys weren't completely unskilled: they had their pseudo-dance moves, and they knew how to keep a secret (at least until someone squealed).

Elton John although not a band, really, really, really sucks to me.When I do listen to the radio I usually listen to classic rock-and here is a list of things that make me change the station:ELTON JOHN,Boston,Journey,REO Speedwagon, post sobriety Aerosmith

,Foreigner, that Sister Christian song,Manfred Mans Earth Band, most Bob Seeger songs,Billy Squire, and a crap load of other stuff I can't recall right now.
What is interesting is the things you will listen to on the radio that you would never buy, almost like they are a breath of fresh air.

Coldplay - BORING. Listening to one of their albums is like listening to one of their songs repeating for an hour.

I generally listen to classic rock too and though I could probably suffer through just about anything without changing the channel I draw the line whenever George Thorogood pops up. I just....can't....ugh......

In the case of Aerosmith I really liked Toys In The Attic and a song or two after that album and almost nothing thereafter and yet they are still out there popping out tunes.
Never liked or disliked the Stones. They seem to be part of the background soundtrack of my life and not much more.
Can't think of an Elton John song I really like but darned if I don't recognize a host of his tunes when they are played.

Let me rephrase that for you.
Listening to one of their albums is a cure for insomnia.
(But they still don't suck)

Aerosmith lost what little they had when they sobered up.
Coldplay needs to go into the chipper/shredder, as does any of the teeny-bopper wannabe punk bands like Maroon 5 and <ack>, Good Charlotte.

And that's a good thing!
Why's that a good thing?
There are women at Rush concerts. Most of them are probably there voluntarily.
Still, all the more reason to get Luci to join the 'dark side'. You don't need a zone implant to enjoy Rush!

Billy Joel (the Piano Man) had some good songs, middle of the road, but fine. then he met Christie Brinkley and fell apart fast. now he married a gilr who looks like his daughter and cranks out awful crap.

To be honest Sorus, I've only met a few female Rush fans, and you're the first woman I've ever heard of that likes Blue Oyster Cult (not just the stuff they play on the radio).

I left a glaring example off of my list:Rod Stewart.
