Yeah, it was a nice surprise to learn the fuzzy guitars were real and functional, not just props for the video. (GREAT MUSIC VIDEO BY THE WAY!) Do you suppose the fuzz affects the acoustics at all? How do they even play with fuzz under and around the strings and fretboard?[/i]sgt.null wrote:the ZZ Top set list...

As long as the van holds up for the drive down, I am planning on going to the first Clear Frontier gig in a long time.

For anyone interested, five of the eight song set was videoed and uploaded here. It looks like it was done with a handheld camcorder, and the sound isn't the greatest from the camcorder, but if you wish to see a little of Clear Frontier in action, there you go. I was sent mp3s that were recorded with a hand held system in the audience as well. All Around the World sounds much better on the mp3, IMO. Well, pretty much all of the songs do, but AAtW and Follow Me in particular stand out.dANdeLION wrote::snip:Menolly wrote:Next planned concert for me is in a couple of weeks in Tampa.

Demondim-spawn, just a nudge for you to check your PMs for a response to yours...Menolly wrote:I do have some mp3s that were recorded at the gig separately I'll be happy to share, if you are comfortable sharing files via email or MSN Messenger.
Feel free to PM me either, if you are...

At the time, I was the only one among our local prog crowd who even liked that album.Menolly wrote:...and then of course there is my favorite album of all time:

My friends thought I was nuts. (Incredible Roger Dean album jacket too.)
