Still struggling here .. sunny .. but only some 20Cs .. but still some 13C and 14C .. today 18C and very, very windy the past two days...

Frost this morning. Fall is here. Winter is on the way.

Monday evening was amazing. Sunny and mild, full of golden light.

Zigzaging through dry weather and rainy showers.

Today was blustery filling the sky with every cloud type, and some unclassified ones as well, I'm sure. Luke Howard would have been in his element.

Here it was glorious today .. and we have a new pup who is super energetic and fun .. so we spent most of the day outside playing with her. It was a perfect day, sunny, warm despite only being 15C .. listening to birdsong and the bleating of sheep and their lambs.

It was heaven

First overcast day, but no rain forecast, so it will probably burn off later.

Its taking a turn for cold and wet .. well we are eagerly awaiting the wet part .. we ran out of rain water today ... we are promised rain

Had our first rain in six months. I was too stressed out to enjoy it, but hope there's more coming soon.

Yeah, had a little rain a couple of days ago myself. Not nearly enough though. Been mostly warm, although a sudden cold snap these last few days. Always happens this time of year. Summer proper will be along shortly.

Yeah tis been wet here .. and that IS a good thing .. but it was shitty literally and metaphorically the past few days as weve had to be out in it

I mean we are kitted up for rain .. lol .. but when you have to clean out dog enclosures .. and its been raining all day .. makes them all squishy and nasty to scrape up .. then hosing themdown in the rain was somehow just miserable .. but having said that it was nice to look back at them clean and fresh

But we had a large property perimeter to cover so by the end of the first property I was pretty wet .. and cold

But it was great to get home shower and put on dry clothes and sit in front of a warm fire.

Rain is elusive again. Hot and humid today - what they used to call earthquake weather, especially in October. Next year is the 30th anniversary of the big one here, and doesn't that just make me feel old.

Happens to us all.

Adelaide's been a mixed bag - the first couple of days were 27 and 30C, and today was cold!! I guess it's spring so you get a good variety

Hahaha .. weve just had an unpleasant cold snap here too .. but we are getting much needed rain.

It was so bad here over winter, I reluctantly had to move on my sheep .. not the only one in this boat. We were hard feeding them, but it became ridiculously expensive

A lot of growers arent even doing that tough times.

Rained all weekend, which was wonderful.

They keep teasing with predictions of rain 'next week' which never comes. Which isn't surprising because we don't usually start getting rain until November, but I want rain.

Been mild all week, and rain predicted for Saturday.

We had lovely mid 20s and rain yesterday pretty much all day .. it was lovely.

Today the suns out and its pretty sweet
