I'll be 40 in July and I have to admit, I'm really looking forward to it. I think it is because my kids are older now and I have a little freedom.

The 40s are a good time of life. :)

ABSOLUTELY!

I remember my dad turning forty. he walked around saying "Life begins at Forty" and I remember thinknig "Hell, your damn near dead at Forty, you old fool"

but I admit, I see what he is talking about. I love this age! I turned 42 on Tuesday (April 1).

46 and proud! Well, proud and a little tired. And confused. And ... what were we talking about?

I am already a member of the over 40 crowd. If you don't mind me saying so (since I certainly don't mean to be presumptuous) here is my two cents. While it is good to look ahead and fun to reminisce just make sure you are getting the most out of where ever you are right now.

My twenties have been the most liberating and educational of my life - I can't wait for my thirties!

Just starting my twenties. They look to be interesting, that's for sure!

Not now, you won't. In your 30's, you'll start missing 'em. I suspect more and more so as you get older.

well, I might miss my late teens a little. But puberty? NO WAY! I don't think I'll ever wish to go back to that time.

I was gonna post a comment to the effect of, "I never want to go back to her puberty years either". But then I thought, "Nah. Too easy."
