It's been mostly rainy, though quite t-shirt warm and sunny this weekend.
October is my favourite month in general, but I work dawn till dusk in a warehouse without windows. And having now completed my three month probationary period am now working full time for the unseeable future ... <sigh>.

Still no rain. No rain in the forecast, though Saturday has a high chance of squiggles. I don't get the hieroglyphics on the weather site. Apparently that's supposed to be fog. I'm okay with fog, but fog isn't squiggly.

Still mild today, but will be getting hotter for the rest of the week apparently.

Squiggly morning, but uncomfortably bright by the time I got off work.

hahahahahaha squggly
wonders at the meaning of aforementioned word
Its another perfect day here .. Ive been in on the computer for a couple of hours now and its time to start the afternoon chores.
I am sitting at the window looking across a green expanse, with rolling hills in the background, peppered with sheep, lambs, cows and their calfs. In the fore paddock are the goats .. lying in the sun
By back and shoulders hurt from lifting bails of oaten hay this morning and I really struggled with hefting the Lucerne as its been very tightly packed and was surprisingly heavy. I must ask where they got it ... mmm

The local weather site uses a squiggly hieroglyphic to represent fog. I don't get it either, but fog is officially squiggly.

ahhhh .. well that solves that little mystery

it is as you say official then.
Wonders if we have squigglies down under?? Id check my weather ap .. but no reception out here .. I dont think we get too much fog tbh
We get morning mist and some dusky mists .. but not a lot of fog per se

Went down to the farmers market early this morning, and the bridge was all shrouded in fog with a big ship passing beneath. I wished I'd brought my camera.

ooooh squiggly
That sounds nice .. did you buy anything nice.. I suppose you got some fresh produce .. a bunny maybe?

A bunny? No, no bunnies. Not sure what my brood would think of that.
I mainly go to that market to buy eggs. Trying to support local farmers that treat their critters well. Not cheap, but you can't have everything.

I wrote a lengthy reply to you Sorus but the dumb computer failed to post it and it all disappeared ..
ugh ..
long and short of it .. good for you for buying free range eggs .. I loathe battery hen farming, it is horrendous life for those critters.
