The screaming kid has only screamed once today. Maybe she reads the Watch.

Auleliel wrote:CovJr, I really think you need to talk to the kid's parents about this. It's possible that the girl has some sort of disability or disorder that makes her do that (or makes it difficult to explain/enforce why it is important not to do that). Or your conversation with the parents could be the enlightenment they need to be more of a guiding force in their daughter's life. The worst that could happen would be the parents ignoring you and the kid continuing to scream, and that's no worse than what is already happening. If the parents do choose to ignore you, I would suggest asking the girl herself why she is screaming so much. It might help her to stop screaming, or at least give you a better understanding for why she does make so much noise.
Oh, CovJr. is all talk. He'll never go over and punch her in the throat or talk to her parents. He just wants to sit and bitch. He's not a man of action. Otherwise Magickmaker would have been pushed down the stairs during Seafest. At some point during the weekend, I almost pushed her down the stairs for him so that he would quit making the threat.

I'm not all talk! I'm only partially talk. The rest of me is apathy.

I can attest to CovJr being a man of action. A man of much action in fact.

I feel clean! WHEE!
Also exhausted. Just got back from a four day camping trip with the ladyfriend. It was amazing. The sunsets were beautiful, the nights filled with frog sounds, amazingly similar to that of a cougar.
Pics up soon. Good to be back!

I'm starting to feel like my wakeup is becoming a habit. This time I only woke because I had to pee. But not in the shower like some people....

Got a three-day weekend, which I am going to try to enjoy and not dwell on that fact that it means a one-day weekend next week.

I'm trying...
Heh... yesterday, the FedEx guy turned to me and whispered, "Your boss, she needs some anger management classes."
He doesn't know the half of it.
Argh... applied at 2 Borders stores, and almost all the Peet's and Starbucks downtown. It's only a matter of time before one of them calls me for an interview, right?
I almost got written up for insubordination for 'failure to be a mind-reader' yesterday, which would have been the second strangest thing I ever got in major trouble at work for - first being closing a store without permission during a bomb threat.

I'm in a rationalizing mood today..while maybe not on the level of remaining at a work place that receives bomb threats,,i'm working at it. The various " projects i got going on all seem to have a reason for stalling today!

I don't know what you....ooo...I just farted. It was one of those greasy farts, and just blasted out. I'm sure I've left something behind. Something behind my behind. BAAAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Oh, damn, I hope my rectum isn't prolapsed now. It feels like it is sticking out a little further than before. Ewww...I wonder if I should see a doctor.....

You should definitely see a doctor of some kind. Or even a team of doctors. Possibly with cattle prods and mystery serums.

Heavy rain kept my local screamer indoors today, but to balance things out, the man sitting opposite me in the computer lab just shouted
BOOM! for no discernible reason. Pretty startling. Git.

This is fixed now. After badgering the debt collection agency a bit, I got an email the other day telling me they were trying to find someone else with my name and mistakenly traced him to my address. All is well.

I had to drive my brother 75 miles to a family gathering, and make our family's contribution to the food for that gathering, and we didn't get back home until late, so I missed out on a day of packing for moving back into the dorms. I move back in less than 16 hours, and am not even close to being ready. I probably won't sleep much tonight, which is alright because I will have plenty of time to rest this week. Classes don't start until the 25th. I have to be at school a week early because I am this year's secretary for RHA (residence hall association), and I have to help the freshmen move in before their orientation on Wednesday and attend a meeting Monday night, which altogether will take up only a few hours out of the whole week. I'm going to be so bored on Tuesday.
