FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY!!!!! I feel GRREATTTT! WHOOO HOOODY!

Seconded on the FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY!!! part. Two of my folks took a vacation day today, so it's even kinda peaceful here. I have some stuff to do but I'm having trouble motivating myself to get it done...

Tired...very, very tired. Been working WAY too hard lately. But, I am happy it is Friday and I am ready to play and party (and by party, I mean, stay home, play on my computer and have a drink).

Kind of annoyed with the university... it's the second time in two years that, despite the fact I paid the taxes in time, somehow it doesn't appear in their records and they threaten to kick me out (which mostly bothers me because it'd mean being kicked out of the student dorm and having to find another house). Plus they told me this evening, so I have to wait two days to go to the bank, get a statement that I paid the taxes, and then go to the university and show them it's their fault again...

I have a resident spider on my laptop (which I don't move around, so he has set up house). He's been here for about 5 days so I've now named him ("Giles"). He sits on my screen to get warm...and becomes a pain in the butt when he's walking over the keyboard.

Isn't he cute!



...ok, so I think he's a baby white-tip and he'll probably bite me at some stage and give me necrosis but heh....

give you necrosis? dead tissue? B L E C H!!! eeeeyewww!! KILL IT!!!

well...I don't think it's big enough to bite me right now.... Besides, I can't kill him. He's CUTE and he eats all the little white bugs that have been hanging around on my desk!

That spider is ADORABLE! Giles is a perfect name for it! I love it! Don't ever kill it!

You're so lucky Seareach! I wish I had a little spider around to eat little bugs for me and hang out on my laptop and be my friend. So far I haven't had much luck with that. For years I've wanted a pet tarantula, but I have to wait until I move out (my parents don't much care for such creatures). Enjoy Giles's presence as long as it is willing to stay.

I feel good. Had some time to kill today, and finally got round to teaching myself to juggle.

A friend taught me the principle and movement years ago, and though I practised with 2, I never added the third until today. Turns out it's ridiculously easy.

I feel good. Despite the early waking I managed to go back to sleep and then woke up at nine and decided to let Lucimay sleep in a bit. I showered, got ready to go to laundry and then called her. A very sleepy voice answered and so I sang to her, "Are you gonna wait for a sign, your miracle, stand up and fight, this is is... don't be a fool anymore, this..." and she said, "Stop, I'm up. Gimme an hour." and I said, "Ok but make it quick cuz I'm hungry for a Sam Sammich."
