How about this one?

I suspect it's going to be the look on many a player's faces when they see the map and read the turns...

My theory is that the Switch of Doom destroyed the ice walls, and the Lords' show of power is repairing them. Otherwise, we'd never have time to react to the swarms of denizens.
Or not.

Speaking of which, if anyone ever finds Raev, the sword Adomorn left behind, let me know. I'd love to read about it.
Xar wrote:Let's put it this way: thus far every turn I've glanced at includes at least one major event, sometimes interacting (unknowingly) with another deity's major event. I've had to redraw part of the Eirani map already, and I suspect this might happen again before the turn is ready...

I don't know about Raev, but I certainly appreciate the "artifact" left behind by Adomorn that cho
does know about! Totally, totally
awesome...

This is no reflection on the members of the Alliance it is just that Mother Earth must follow her own path.
The House of Bhakti has beckoned to me and my return to it is immediate. My father's LOVE cannot be purged and I now embrace it wholeheartedly. Calais is a Bhakti-Jovian, pure and simple.
Brother Zephyr,I can now openly proclaim our alliance as I weary of this sham mantle of darkness. May the grace of our parents bring me swiftly back into the wealth of love of my family.
Why am I not surprised.

To be honest, I have been expecting this for a long time; hence why Nor Yekith followed through with his resurrection plan, and why I kept 90% of my plans in pms.
Nice try, Calais

I would like to state something, although this may sound harsh... I think I already mentioned it once, though, so I'll just clarify this in no uncertain terms.
If a player is no longer interested or motivated in playing (misses deadlines, or the player's turns look cobbled up together at the last minute, containing perhaps only one or two sentences and not even addressing the turn results, or the player is annoyed with KW and wants to leave the board, or whatever), I would greatly appreciate it if that player were upfront about it and either asked to be put on hiatus, or to be removed from the game (such as Montresor and Damelon have done). To remain in the game even if a player isn't interested anymore is not fair to the other players (I spend time on processing that player's turn, thus extending total processing time; other players might waste DRPs in fruitless alliances or fights against that player's followers, and so on).
So from now on, unless a player notifies me beforehand that problems in real life restrict their ability to play and might cause them to miss a deadline or two (or ask me to put them on hiatus), I'm going to give players who miss deadlines by more than a couple of days a three-strike rule. If you miss turn deadlines twice in a row by more than a couple of days, or if it looks to me like your turn submittals was just written as an afterthought or because you are not interested in it, you'll get a warning in your PM box. If, after you got a warning, you miss yet another deadline or your turn still looks shallow, and you haven't given me a good explanation as to why that is the case, I'll remove you from the game. This may seem harsh to some, but as far as I'm concerned, players who are committed to the game and who do put thought into their actions have precedence over those who are uninterested.

And I knew that you knew.

I knew I wasn't trusted in that alliance from the beginning so even though I would have been supportive and helped in all the plans (other than destroying Zeph, heh), no one trusted me.
While I was honestly trying to play an evil deity, I just wasn't good at it and I hated my character. After several weeks of thinking about it and some discussion with Xar about where my character was going, I decided to change.
Nice try, Calais
Nope, just faulty game playing on my part.

I'm not a devious person. Its just not my nature.

I'll get my revenge in Vampire, caamora.

But can I say one thing, you will be missed from the Eclipse Alliance. I did enjoy your company there, if Nor Yekith didn't.
But can I ask one favour? Allow Silister Oord to return to Nyitha. I know the nature of the attack on Nor Yekith's lands, and I hope that if the lord of mutation survives, I can wrap up his story and Silister's in a turn or two.

Thanks. Just know that I was good to my word, though. What few secrets were there were kept as secrets.

Hey! It just occurred to me... Forewarned is forearmed, eh? And in the case of the God of Mutation, Four-armed.

Four-mouthed. Don't accuse Nor Yekith of having arms - that's the worst insult you can give him.
Edit: His Yekiths have four mandibles, but that doesn't count.
