I know. . . I changed it back since I knew for the foreseeable future I'll be in and out at the Watch. You do know that you only register as "active" when you are actually clicking on something on the KW site, right? You cannot digest lactose because you do not have enough lactase enzyme. The small intestine needs lactase enzyme to break down lactose. If lactose is not digested, it can cause gas and stomach cramps.
