As I recall, the original brief for the "bio" included something about the inspiration for the story or your writing process if you don't want to give personal details. Frankly, I find flat refusal a bit rude. You knew this part was going to be involved.

I recall that when I submitted my story there was no talk of a bio. I don't want to talk about myself - my story talks for me. Myste was happy with me not providing a bio.

What's up with you, today? :?

It would be nice to have something though. A short sentence or two about your inspiration even. You know what we mean. :D

Inspiration? My creativity? That's too obvious.

My inspiration for the story was my creative drive. If I write that people are going to think I am an idiot.

I was kinda thinking inspiration more in terms of where did the idea come from, but I think you knew that. :D

Anyway, was just a thought on my part.

If you mean something like...

"I created my short story by combining letters into words, words into sentences, sentences into paragraphs, and paragraphs into one encompassing story. Sometimes I would put words together that would not work. In these cases, I would have to try again with new words. Other times I would spell a word incorrectly witout noticing. This word would either be corrected through editing, or left as "artistic license" to the English language. I wrote the short story using the word processing computer program titled Microsoft Word. Many times while writing the story I used the "Save" feature to save my short story. Other times I would save the short story onto a floppy disk. The purpose of this action was in order to make a back up copy of the story. I hope you all enjoy the words that I have combined into sentences. Words beget sentences, and sentences beget paragraphs. I believe you all will enjoy these paragraphs, as they convey a complexingly deep and emotionally complex story."

then too bad, since that's what I'm using. Hehe.

Actually, I had something else written, but now that I think about it, I really should use this as my bio..............heh.-jay

P.S. I don't think I'd have any problem with selling the Anthology in the Kevin's Watch Cafepress store. Just let me know what I would have to do.

Anyone have changes they have been wanting to make? Now is the time.

I have finished editing 'A God for Atheists'. So I will send it to you, Joy. However, I will not provide a bio. And that's final. If the editers want to remove me from the Anthology, well that's your decision, but I think the bio thing is ridiculuous. I mean, why should it matter? And who would be interested?

Calm down Loremaster, no one is removing your story just because you aren't providing a bio, and I'm sure you know that. I was just saying that it would be kewl to have a bio from you if you were willing to provide one. You aren't, and that's kewl too. :D

Be well my friend.

Well, that's funny considering one of the posts earlier.

I don't remember saying or implying anything like that, but I'm sorry if that's what I seemed to say. :D

Considering that someone, not you, who I respect alot, told me I was being rude for deciding not to include a bio about myself.
