The street muscian was playing Springsteen songs as Mr Springsteen himself came walking down the street, theres another clip on youtube where you can hear Mr Springsteen saying something like "you know my songs better than I do". Great personality and a magic moment, gives me the chills everytime I watch it. Especially near the end where the two are playing end chorus and you can see them moving and letting the music work its magic.
