It's entirely unrelated to the pirate thing. I said 'new', remember? :P

Well it would be a "new" charactor and a "new" twist on the existing writing now wouldn't it???? :P

No, it's entirely 'new' :P

I have a headache. :( And a new refrigerator (finally!). :) I'm still exhausted. :( Open swim starts soon. :) So it balances out. I guess that makes me feel neutral today.

My cold has gone to my digestive tract. I went to work and found it necessary to go for a walk very frequently. I have never had so much flatulence in recent memory. Its like having hiccups, but they are coming out my bottom instead. I had to excuse myself from todays staff meeting..twice. How do cows do this? No wonder they are always out in the fields instead of in the barn. The only upside is these are the kind that you actually feel better afterwards. . Yea, you feel each one as its created and as it finds its way to freedom you know its progress. Oh there goes one.. free at last.Hey you californians,,that was Not a Earthquake..Sorry Ozone layer, but , rather you than me.

maybe not magickmaker....I have a group presentation due next week, and the group of us is getting together at 7pm Friday night. Batty and Shara_lunison(who is a member of the watch, she just is never on) want to leave a little earlier than that, so I think I'm out of luck...

You mean not at all?
No!!! I actually miss my siblings(barring Batty, who doesn't count cuz I see her every day) a ton! I've seen you more recently than I've seen them, which makes me sad!
but Wales isn't that far from Ireland....(which is where I'm currently thinking about studying abroad...)

Congrats, Av! :D

I'm in a bad mood. The last company I worked for has sold or given out a lot of my personal information - name, address, email address, phone number... who knows what else...

I'm trying to figure out if they could legally do that, or if it was yet another malicious action by my crazy ex-boss, who has all my personal information. 8O

If you bought product from the store, and they sell that info on their customers, I would guess it is. (Remind me not to shop there when I'm in town.)

If it's info that you could only get from your job application, I would think it wouldn't be legal.

They are not allowed to give out or sell your personal information without your permission. I think you should talk to a lawyer.

Yeah, they don't collect customer info like that... Little concerned as she has my ID and SSN and all that. 8O

Frak. Why?? All I wanted to do was move on with my life; put it all behind me.

I'm sorry, Sorus. Do you want me to just go beat the crap out of her?

Aww... it's sweet of you to offer, but she isn't worth it.

Doesn't. :P

Argh. I *think* she's probably just messing with me... I don't *think* she would actually sell my identity... But on the other hand, that's mainly based on my perception of her before her total meltdown. If it's true, then ignoring the whole thing would be my best course of action... But if it isn't true, she could do a lot of damage.

Does your ex-company have any employee "help against the management" groups? Like a report workplace conditions, or anything? Maybe a sane higher-up?

They have an HR department... which I had some limited contact with; enough to know they won't be any help.

That is one messed-up company... which I figured out pretty early - if it takes 18 months to train a manager and over a third of the managers have been with the company for less than six months, you have issues. Not my problem anymore.

I'm going to keep a close eye on things, but avoid taking any action unless it becomes necessary - she wants conflict and drama and I'm not going to give it to her.
