Mary's Danish has two female singers. alt rock with odd lyrics. some serious, some not so. think Pearl Jam music wise.
Satchel: also alt rock, but mellower. Shawn Smith sings and plays piano. also in Brad with Stone Gossard. (saw them a couple years back)
Jeremy Toback was the bassist for Brad. he is Buddhist and that comes through in his lyrics. alt rock, but more self awareness. poetic lyrics.
