While being a devourer of worlds Unicron is, in essence, a planet of destruction, a monolithic devouring power bent on not much else than to consume and integrate worlds into his own oneness.
Galactus on the other hand hungers with an addictive need to feed and I think that would see him conquer by devouring Unicron as if he were a nice tasty planet. That's not to say, though, that Unicron isn't appetizing.
