Cameraman Jenn wrote:I feel very bittersweet. I had another job offer and I've been struggling with the decision for awhile and the shop has been slow so money has sucked so I made the decision to take the job and gave the news to Igor today. I feel good about the new adventure but I feel like I just had a breakup. He was very understanding and cool about it but I cried and still feel on the verge of tears.
Quitting your job when your job sucks is really fun.

Quitting your job when you like your job really bites.

No, Waddley is just going to be a beach bum, if all goes according to plan.

What could possibly go wrong?

Very awesome, CmJ. I'm sure you and Georgia will be inseparable!

CmJ (aka The Woman With The Deadly Lens) could stalk you?

Well, I figure the plan if the new job doesn't work out is to "visit" all my buds on KW and couch surf and by the time I roll through the lot the first victims... er I mean recipients of my self sharing generosity will have forgotten my last visit and welcome me again so I'll just become a KW bum with a rotating life.... any takers for the first visit?.... :P

Not so sure you would want to couch surf in Gator Town, when you can be at the beach only a couple of hours away. But we definitely must get together next time you visit those precious nieces of yours. Somehow I'll drag at least Beorn, if not Hyperception, over with me.

I'm not that picky as long as you all feed me and buy me presents and let me hang out for a few weeks. :P Me and the Mooseman.

hmmm...

Mavortis just panned the Mooseman part.

Well, if I am to become a homeless unemployed KW couch surfer I certainly can't abandon Moose. Your cat will just have to deal with it. Moose generally tends to get along well with cats anyway, except Terry's whom are terrified of him for some unknown reason. He's never done anything except try to get them to play. :P

Morgan would have Moose in a headlock in about three seconds flat. Other than that, y'all come.

He's surprisingly agile and tricksy so he may not be as easy to pin as you might think... :P

Yeah, I think Georgia Charuhas is pretty good too, but I wouldn't call her my favorite.

I *knew* it!! That settles it, Jenn, you've gotta come and visit me. You need to see the O'Keeffe copy that Magickmaker drew and gave me for Mother's Day. She did a really good job. (Uh, along with all the O'Keeffe prints I've got hanging all over the place. The joint has sorta turned into an O'Keeffe gallery over the past year or so....)

Zackly. I'm not so wild about her (ubiquitous ) flowers, but her New Mexico stuff really grabs me. It was so amazing to me to find out, two summers ago, that her landscape colors are accurate. I never got the whole "colors of the desert" concept until we drove up to Valles Caldera. And thanks again for taking us there, Danlo the Manlo. :)
