You're going to have to make one of these trips sometime, Brinn, if for no other reason than to prove to your wife once and for all that we're not ax murderers! ;)

You know the reality of Seafest was starting to sink in? Now it's sinking out again. I feel less and less like it's actually happening. Weird sensation.

I think after the discussions about guns, Sea's the one at risk for not boarding the plane. ;)

Any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a good carpenter to build one.

Depends on whether I'm mistaken for a terrorist or someone travelling under a false passport. *sigh* Well, there's nothing I can do about it...

Incidentally, I was thinking maybe I should get one of those temporary phone things too. I don't expect to need it, but it can't do any harm to have one.

It's only 13 hours from here to SF (but I have to fly up to Sydney first to get the flight out).
I only just noticed this (while going through the thread to find details about the phones). Your flight is shorter than mine. 8O From Australia 8O Mine's 15 hours. :-x

Hey, it took me over six hours to go 30 miles on Friday. Avoid CalTrain. CalTrain is EVIL.

Does anyone staying at the campsite in Denver have a travel backgammon or chess set? I haven't played either in years, and will probably even need to be reminded how to set the pieces to begin a backgammon game, much less make all sorts of novice mistakes, but it may be fun to play a match or three...
