It appears we now have TWO players that hear voices. Oh, this should be fun. *rubs hands together in anticipation for the inevitable cuckoo bananas cagematch*

What's really fun is the crazies get to play peanut gallery to your MMA competition with a knife fighter and an oversized pestle.

Although I think the 17 HP of damage Vyn hit him with is all that got through on him, I think the caster is also dead at this point, from what I recall being told.

Interesting point that Sigrid discovered... Acid Arrow ignores Spell Resistance. She could even burn the golem with it, and it's immune to magic.

So if acid arrow works, would acid splash? I have acid splash.

That is correct. Acid splash would bypass spell resistance.

Acid Splash. Note the Saving and SR entries are both 'no'.

I already knew that the acidic version of Eldritch Blast ignored Spell Resistance, but I never thought to check other acid spells. That's cool!

Acid splash does 1d3 damage. So... it would work, but it wouldn't be very helpful.

The theory of it goes that your magic creates a blob of otherwise mundane acid, then flings it through the air at your target. Once it hits, the damage is entirely from the non-magical acid. So, there's no spell to resist, at that point.

Anna: "Take THAT, you mean golem!" (flings acid)
Golem: "WTF? Are you kidding me with this?"
