You can pick on me all you want.

Pick on Mark Harmon, and there'll be consequences and repercussions.

I wasn't making fun of your man crush. I really do think it's sweet and it gives you extra bonus points because you aren't all freaky phobic.

dAN mention a close call on snow-slicked streets. When you are ready ...we'd all like to hear your account of what occurred! I trust the Focus performed admirably?

So other than my fixation on Mark Harmon (People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, 1986), I'm doing well.

I feel good being 38, sober, and single.

Man, I hope we don't get completely flooded!!!!!!
:screwy:

Wasn't it 104 degrees a day ago? Now there's hail?!

What's going on!?
Yeah, that's right: weather's going totally troppo here! We did have 104 in the MORNING and then it poured rain and hailed in the late afternoon evening. Quite a tropical storm.

As for me. I'm in a really BAD MOOD today.

It's a good age to be.

I had no idea how many single women there were in their late '30s!

Holy smoke!

And when you tell 'em you've got a daughter......

Lovely words, duchess! Winter can indeed be a beautiful time - especially for picture-taking. :D Hope your camera gets lots of use!

Shoot, Wadds! Get your tyres checked girl...I replaced all four tyres on my car last winter & you really do notice the difference a bit more tread makes! Glad it was just a bad scare & no scars... 8O

Sea - I'm with you on the weirdo weather. We had a freak "superstorm" hit the south of WA last week - a northern tropical cyclone crashed into a southern cold front & dumped bucketloads of wet on Esperance, killed 37,000 sheep & did massive damage to the town & surrounds. And we usually have stinking hot weather this time of year - I was wearing a fleece the other day, and still wrapped up in my duvet at night...

This is SUMMER in the land of Oz.

Kinda rattled at the moment. My father got pneumonia just before christmas (he didn't go to the doctor until the 27th...but anyway). He was quite sick and on a course of antibiotics. He's got a lot better but has this cough that he can't shake (if he talks more than a few sentences he just starts coughing).

Anyway, he had an xray a few days ago, results yesterday morning which shows a shadow on his lung. The doctor is pretty sure it's not cancer but (not 100%). My father had a ct scan done of his lung yesterday morning so they can have a better look at what ever it is. If not cancer, the doctor thinks it could be TB! F**k! :(
