Oh hush, you. My absence hasn't generated a peep.
And yes, routine shall return on the morning once I have a good night sleep after traveling all day today. One more two hour transport trip to go, and I'll be able to return to routine.

With a little help from FreddieCat, I can fix that...

Looks alot like our Fang Kitty did too

It's the perfect "M" on the face and the ear tufts, that clinch it for me.
He used to steal soft little things from women's purses
We'd warn 'em, but they never took the threat seriously.
Took us three years after he passed before we found one girl's possession

Those who are truly interested will find a summary in my post earlier today in the
What's For Dinner thread in the Galley.

I'm sure many of us have been quietly pining, though.

And cursing with envy as we read SD's descriptions of your cooking

Ah, it makes sense.
Have you read SRD's Gap series? Hard-core sci-fi without a doubt.

Greetings all, just wanted to say hi. I'm not sure I'm patient enough to wait 2 more years for the next and last volumn in the saga. Wow the last, kind of sad really. Oh well it gives me plenty of time to re-read all the ones that came before. I remember back in the 70,s when I was a teen and still reading the Tolkien books my big brother bought his first copy of Lord Fouls Bane and convinced me that it was as good if not better in it's own way than the LOTR series. I will admit it took me a little while to get into the story but once I did I was hooked. I have carried the story in my mind(and perhaps my soul) for almost 35 years now. You all tsake care and I hope to hear from you all soon.

Welcome to the Watch, Rampagecookswell.
In addition to all our discussions of The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant (and all of SRD's other works), we have many other subforums that may interest you. Taking your name as an indication of a possible area of interest, may I recommend The Galley as one place here you may want to check out?
Look around, then jump in wherever you feel moved to do so. Even in the most debate-prone forums, we are a pretty friendly bunch...
