Well I know that isnt TOS.
Sounds like something I remember Commander Ryker saying at some point but I don't remember the episode. Something about all the ship's systems being down.
Though I've seen every episode of STNG, I can't say I've seen them all 40 times like I have with TOS.

crap I'll never get this. Isn't there an episode where the Yamato explodes and the Enterprise starts to encounter a crap load of malfunctions and all manner of strange things happen? I can't remember the name. This may be all I can squeeze out of my skull.

That one was the "lost" planet (forget it's name) where a probe infects the yamato and then the enterprise when they access it's logs. The planet is in the neutral zone so the Romulans show up. And they have the same problem ... so it could be that one ... but I don't think so.

Ok, oh shootist - please give us a little more hint!!
