I like them well enough. I've gone up in them. Good view from the one at the County Fair each year.

Well, what do you know, there's a picture of our fair's ferris wheel (called the Giant Wheel) on The Fair website.

And the site also plays the advertising song that we hear on the local radio and TV endlessly leading up to and during the fair.

The Fair is fun. We always enjoyed going, when the kids were younger. Now, we don't get there so much.

Our fair really isn't. There are a lot of youth activities. Almost all the schools in the county have the children submit writing and crafts to the fair, plus lots of 4H kids are involved. Our kids always had submissions and prizes. Every child who submits a project gets a free admission ticket. The parents have to pay, but a lot of workplaces have discount tickets.

they make us drink our alcohol behind fenced in areas now at all public events and fairs like that, one reason i stopped going very often.
