Landwaster has the correct character!!!:D Can he come up with the correct scene?
And Tulizar, you might want to reconsider getting sassy with me. I still have the biggest can around here.
Hmm, I probably could have worded that better...

I done told yer
Was it the wrong scene? I was so sure.
Ooh when he was crackin' the irrits with the na-Mhoram down at the banefire or whatever room they were in, when some power the Clave was using was being exercised to try to extract info ... can't remember fully but it was some sort of torture or induce info from them about the whereabouts of ... Covenant?
I mean, that or, when he explained how he managed it, later on.

Nope. It's about Hollian. Or do you
not want to go looking through the whole book.

Ah! You're doing a hell of a job!!
Ok. When they try to persuade Hollian to join them and go to Revelstone, Sunder gives her a good alternative, an option that she might be a fool to turn down.
His words took both Hollian and Linden by surprise. Hollian had plainly given no thought to the idea he raised. And Linden could not guess why he used such an argument. "Sunder," she said carefully, "what do you thing you're doing?"
"I seek to persuade her." He did not take his eyes from Hollian. "A choice made freely is stronger than one compelled. We must have her strength - else I fear we will not gain Revelstone."
Linden strove to understand him. "Do you mean to tell me that now you want to go to Revelstone?"
"I must," he responded; but his words were directed toward the eh-Brand. "No other purpose remains to me. I must see the lies of the Rede answered. Throughout all the generations of the Sunbane, the Riders have taken blood in the name of the Rede. Now they must be required to speak the truth."
Your turn, Landwaster. I'm not gonna hold it against you when you don't even have the books! Good for you for putting that wisdom with the right character.

Uh-oh, well thanks for that ... but umm ... okay I won't be able to remember chapters or even locales necessarily. Probably not even quotes! I was guessing from dedcution, not from recollection!
Let me see ... nope, can't think of any ... might have to pass. Go again yourself, or pass the baton to another. Sorry

I'm gonna say Tamarantha, after Mhoram says something like, "We do not know that there is a creator." (Sorry, I can't go into the bedroom for LFB right now, because I can't risk waking the baby yet.
