Elena could use the ring, yes, but she could not destroy the Arch with it. She could wreak all kinds of havoc, and do unimaginable damage, but they'd still be right back where they started from. Just my take on this, it can be confusing enough to drive anyone over the edge..........

My question is: would the ring have responed to her will? Since Covenant had not given the ring to her, how did she expect to command the wild magic?
good question... my only answer is that the ring would still contain power and some uses...and Elena with the Ring and Staff of Law may have been able to destroy the colosus but would never be able to wield enough power to destroy the Arch of time.
hehe basically it would turn the White gold ring into a Demo Version.

just my guess. but then if TC were killed .... would the ring then go to the person who killed him? If TC died not having given the ring to anyone, who has the right to forward that ring to the next Wielder? does it work in a way that the person killing TC would not gain power yet a person who might find the ring without intent then becomes the rings new master?

Ryyyytttteee.
Does the ring have any power? I mean, if Cov is indeed the white gold, then the ring has no power, right?
