There's at least 3 people using it a lot in the flippin' AATE sub-forum! Grrr, maybe it's accepted worldwide now, but the dam neocons were seriously overusing it for the past 6 years and it seemed like they were doing it on purpose, sneering at the rest of us like we were frickin' two years old (and I don't mean that as an insult to two year olds
