I haven't written mine yet but I can send you my idea of a revelation.....

The important thing is that Vanir's "Revelations" will not be made to Narie. They will only be made to the other deities and players. It could all happen without these "introductions". But this is a role playing game, after all, so let's at least do this much. Heh.

Obviously, you can lie about your character. Say you're good, then turn out to be evil. Say you're a fire demon from another dimension, then turn out to be a mutant flower. Doesn't matter. Your introduction is what you're all about, or what you want the others to believe you're all about.

Your Introductions cannot involve interactions with any of Narie's inhabitants, any attempts to interact with any of Narie's inhabitants, or anything from the pov of any of Narie's inhabitants. It's just you speaking to the other deities, or just "thinking out loud" about your experiences/goals/self.

All others, please pm me first. Really, I don't want things to start off in directions that just aren't workable. But if you follow the part ali just quoted (And how cool is it that ali's playing?!?! ), it should be good.

Also, until I give the green light, no posts in the Game thread other than your Intros. One person might be a little late. Maybe Tue or Wed, I hope, at the latest. I'd like to keep them all together in the beginning.

Will the be a pre-turn we'll have sent out with the basic information we can see in our surrounding areas?

I'm thinking you can decide where you want to go based on the Background info. Where do you think a deity like the one you're playing would be welcome? And I'll look at the Background again, to see if I need to add anything.

To which I should add, you can't use any power on, or do anything to, Narie.

In essence, you're going to say, "Hi. I'm Xdfirh, God of Funny Names." And you can tell where you're from, describe the nature of your being, and tell how you got here. And you don't even have to reveal all of that! Heh. I just want to see a little bit of personality out there.

I know, it's waaaaaaay different from anything we've done in the other Pantheon games. But that's how I want it. A slower game. You don't start with anything. You cannot act in any way until Turn 1.

I swears I saw a reference to "send me your stuff by Friday, and we can start playing Sunday." I swears it, I do. (But I'm too lazy to go back and find it now.) Anyhow, like I said before, if Sunday's the day, you'll have it by then.
