Although I may be in the minority (I don't know this for sure), I'd be interested to hear some LZ. Come up with something Donaldson related by June, and who knows? As I don't have sound at work, and that is primarily where I receive Kevin's Watch, I've not heard you, but I've read many of your self promotion threads ( :D ) and I'm definitely curious.

Acoustic is preferable...and maybe a muzzle if you get out of control (LOL)!

Aucoustic with tambourine, and ukulele, if my daughter will be with us this summer.
She's already met Xene Chervenka, now she might get to meet Donaldson. She started reading a few pages of LFB this christmas, and I let her take the book home with her... something tells me that my teenaged South Park fan will very soon acquire the taste!
I will work on some new compositions about the Land and its heroes!
Should I bring wine or beer or anything like that?

If Elohimfest is anything like Seafest, there will be some imbibing of alcoholic substances. Bring springwine. Though I suspect they'll have liquor stores in Albuquerque, which is where I plan to get my liquor, except for the special stuff (should I bring distilled chicken????)

How's public transportation down there? More importantly, would I survive using it? :P

I don't they thin they have anything but a bus and a very threadbare train system called "roadrunner."
Most of the Southwest has very poor public transportation.
Nothing like the New York subway, the T in Boston, the L in Chicago or the BART in San Fransisco.

Let's all plan an excursion to the Jemez hot springs where we can be naked hippies! Yay!

The Rail Runner goes from Belen to Santa Fe. If you stay at the places around the airport you can be at my house in minutes on the bus. The buses are pretty good, despite what LZ say...yes bring booze and distilled chicken...ah the days when I could drink! :P

Most interesting... just drove through NM last month and am intrigued by the idea of spending more time looking around. So put me down as a "maybe". I don't need to book a flight, it will be 2 days drive there and back, no biggie. I'll reserve at the La Quinta as I have points with them.

Someone mentioned going to a baseball game as the local minor league team is playing at home that weekend: I would be interested in that. Also I may plan to go to Taos before or after the weekend.

Really? You're coming, Sea? Yay!!!

Orlion -- Don't worry about trying to catch the bus. If you stay at one of the hotels near the airport, I'm sure somebody will have room in a (rental) car for you to get back and forth to E-fest events. Lots of schedule coordinating goes on as we get closer to the event. :)

Spoiler
seriously though: sorry, no. Although don't tell Lore...if I get everyone on board wanting me to come he'll, in theory, have no choice but to pay for my ticket! <grin>
