I think Edge did do the clown one, Sarge.

We should have an Edgetar fest! I'll start a thread. :)

I took mine last year at a trip to the seaside. It's me and the little Vadress climbing through giant rocks at the shore.

Henry Hill: Just... you know, how you tell the story, what?
Tommy DeVito: No, no, I don't know, you said it. How do I know? You said I'm funny. How the fuck am I funny, what the fuck is so funny about me? Tell me, tell me what's funny!
Henry Hill: [long pause] Get the fuck out of here, Tommy!
Tommy DeVito: [everyone laughs] Ya motherfucker! I almost had him, I almost had him. Ya stuttering prick ya. Frankie, was he shaking? I wonder about you sometimes, Henry. You may fold under questioning.
 I meant the most recent problem with bbf's multiple accounts was that he started discussions were they weren't supposed to be. Looks like his topic received his karma striking back, from the recent posts it's hardly possible to say what bbf started this topic about)

And I really meant it about half-assatars etc - I can try to make some

Scarcely unusual on the Watch. :D

Yeah. Took me a minute to figure out what she meant.

Jay then got silly and designed his own Jaytars for a few folks. MsMary's is a Jaytar.
Actually, mine is half a Jaytar. The black and white cartoon is the Jaytar. The golden-colored one is the image from the cover of my copy of The Riddlemaster, customized with my forum name by Edge.

I couldn't decide whether to use the Jaytar or the Edgetar, so Edge combined them into a .gif that switches between the two.

I'd kind of like to change the name on them to plain old MsMary, but not sure how to do that.

That is an easy fix if you have the original bookcover still. Though, I don't think I have that font installed so might have to use something similar.

I have the book cover, but not the original Jaytar. Wonder if Jay still has them saved somewhere.

I have found my Avatar some time in the past :)

I have always admired a good scum sucking fish (truly this is not facetious speech ;o). Their looing mouths ask more questions than the world can answer!

A singing and a muck cleaner! A lyrical wonder.

Watch the loo.

Loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo,loo

babybottomfeeder wrote: I agree with many of these placements of candor on the likeness of man to a chemical machine.

Yet, I believe you have left out one fundamental piece of the puzzle: the mind. It's all good and well to establish the processes by which the brain functions and man endeavors to motor through the world of bipedal, like minded land mammals, to a point.

I speak freely of the concept of the ghost in the machine and the life of the mind: dualism on whole. For how could this precious crocus body be all there be?

Take a calculator for instance; where does the spark for the spark come from? Where is the background that breathes life into the solar powered adding machines? I know many of you will hold that the calculator and the brain are a different matters entirely but I conclude that they have the same functionality and end result.

You can explain away the atomic components that create and chemically power brains and "calcs" but you cannot grasp any further as to how both truly associate with the world.

I in no way mean that calculators have a consciousness; I simply mean they are powered by a force that can only be explained at the atomic level and no further. The ganas behind the power cannot be associated yet by modern science.

Originals not necessary. Just open the gif in something that will let you edit both frames, clone out the word and save as a gif again.

I'd offer, but the only animation editor I had won't run on Win7.

Yeah, I figured that would be the case, Av. I'm pretty sure I don't have an animation editor on this computer. Maybe I will see if my sister can do it.

Cloning works, too, I was just thinking of moving the text to the bottom and how all that cloning takes a deft hand to not look like you cloned it a bit. But, by all means, have your sister or Av fix it. It is easy if you dont mind it isnt perfect.

Did one with text position re-adjusted, if you'd like it somehow else or see something wrong with how I cloned the back ground, explain in detail how exactly you'd like it done, please.

Glad you like how it turned out :)

Not like I feel really justified in having my name added - just a bit of editing, perhaps if I really made something

What is the third image? Can't really tell, but I would consider using it. The colors aren't coming out very defined or sharp on my browser. Maybe brighten up the colors a little? :)

Brightened it, and, if the colors don't look too good, perhaps you could name a few specific ones you'd like for it - i didn't have any request with how to do what, so just used your Edgetar as the source for color choices. And used your title - for it to be included on the av as well, and a somewhat edited fractal with a semblance to a question mark for the image. If you'd rather have something different and specific, that's actually easier than guessing like I did)
