I'd love to come along to Elohimfest 4 as well. I haven't been on the Watch that much lately, but everyone here is so friendly and a night where I get to meet all of you and celebrate all things SRD would be awesome. :)

Did we ever settle on a weekend, and does anyone know if SRD has agreed to attend?

we really need to know for vacation asking purposes.

Sorry it took so long to get back.

In my email to Steve, I started out begging his forgiveness for having to ask what I figured was an impossible-to-answer question. :-) I did say the target date was June, and explained some people needed to put in for vacation 6 months in advance. His reply was:
When I'm available for another Elohimfest *is* an impossible-to-answer question--but in fact I'm more likely to be available than not.
I'd suggest picking a date, but asking people not to make any actual plans (schedule vacation, buy tickets, etc) until maybe December-ish. Maybe by then Steve will be able to give a more firm answer since it will only be six months away instead of the twelve it was when I first asked.

My only request would be that it not be until after the weekend of June 7th. In return, anyone in the Ocean City, MD, area from May 30 - June 6 is welcome to come over to the timeshare and go sailing with us (see boat pics on Facebook). :-)

Thanks Romeo!

Based on that, I suggest either the weekend of the June 14th or 21st.

Father's Day is the 15th.

So I lean slgithly towards the 21st myself, on behalf of anyone who has a Dad or is a Dad.

The 21st is the Summer Solstice though. To any affected Pagans I say, come celebrate the Solstice in Albequerque! What could be more sunny and hot than that?

Menolly and I are determined to attend. Dam-sel is unsure...she enjoyed hosting PNWFest a few months ago and meeting some other Watchers, but I suspect that she will use most of her New Mexico time to visit her parent's resting place in Cruces and what little family and friends she still maintains contact with.

However, if Cucina Azul is still in 'querque, all three of us have to eat there at least once. Best dam restaurant in the state! :S

My birthday is on the 17th so I think the most logical day for the fest is a Tuesday.

Actually I am probably going to rent a house for a month or two in Taos so we can carry on the fest up north. As long as you can put up with helldog, that is.

We need to locate some mia's before the festivities. ie Johnnyredreader, Lurch, Loremaster. And I am working on our New Zealand delegation. Nobody can resist the pressure of this Jewish American Princess for long.

Where is Jenn?

You get Vain, VS, and Cambo to come, and I'll be forever grateful. :)

Anyone else in NZ I'm forgetting?

The weekend of the 21st is fine with me. Any objections, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Getting any kind of a hold on Lurch is challenging. His eclectic and unconventional use of punctuation make him difficult to grasp.

Could I persuade C that we need a holiday in Albequerque next year?

Could I find someone to look after the dog (there's no way I can put him in kennels - he's 10 now and never been kennelled since we rescued him)?

Could we afford it? Yes!!

I wish............
