most of the Wounded Land was quite sad, as the once beautiful Land has been utterly ravaged and desecrated, the Ranyhyn and Ramen have left, the Haruchai are being sacrificed, Earthpower is all but forgotten, Andelain is considered evil, Mhoram is a hated name, most of the forests have been
melted, and for countless other reasons... it was truly heart wrenching to see what had happened

I don't remember it either--I know Troy said he had
read, or at least heard about it, but what Zeph said escapes me.

Troy tells Covenant that he read his novel and that it was made into a movie...
But Covenant never actually sees the book in Troy's possession.

To me the saddest moment was at the scene of the One tree, when Covenant calls for Linden to save him and she doesn't/can't. This is when Covenant and we the readers understand that he is going to die.
Couldn't keep on reading after that for a week.

Thanks guys, nice to know I've been missed.
Israel ... It's taking some adjusting after being in California for some years. Mostly I live in my bubble and don't watch TV otherwise it gets too depressing.
