LOL .. actually wasnt Drool baby .. a hunk a hunka burning love???

I mean .. he was a hunk of .. errr .. burning something wasn't he?? :P

ooh yeah .. as for Mhoram .. I remain non-plussed at the suggestion that he could be seen as a hunk .. it'd be like .. umm all wrong somehow .. unless it is somehow akin to Elena's obsessive attraction to her father ..

mmm .... dont see Mhoram being sugar-daddy boy-toy either ..LOL  :P

mmm .. but I could be wrong   :P LOL

Skyweir, I think that you're thinking of the 70-80 year old grandfatherly Mhoram in the IW and TPTP. I'm thinking of the thirty year old studmuffin Mhoram in LFB. :D
I tried to count up the votes so far, but it's late at night and some people answered multiple times, so I might have made mistakes. But here goes:
Lord Mhoram-9
Lord Hyrim-2
Hamako-2
Kevin-1
Berek-1
TC-6
Jay-5
Foamfollower-1
Tohrm-1
Mhoram also got some HUH :?: votes (as nonhottie), and Drool Rockworm has been voted as a definate NON-hottie by at least two people.
Love as thou wilt.

Ok, as a girl, here are my thoughts on the men of TCTC....

Bloodguard - strong silent types...cool if you're into that.

Mhoram - great all around catch but he's a lord so there may be some issues of social rank involved. Also he is so dedicated that you may not be able to get him out of the office at the end of the day

TC - moody, emotional, self absorbed type...again, cool if you go for that type.

Foamfallower - Big, kind, sweet, the only character who laughs...gotta love him, but he's a giant.

Ok - here's my pick...(and he hasn't been mentioned)

Triock!

Come on, think about it...he devotes his life to a woman he loves, that is not in her right mind. He is a father to her bastard child. He brings TC back despite his reasons to want him dead. He's a cattle hearder who goes to the loristat and becomes an Elder in his villiage...what more do you want? I think he is the most "human" and realistic character in the series. Also he's the only one who stays angry at TC for what he's done. Everyone else seems to sort of brush it aside.

OK - JMTC!!!

I have to vote TC. What he needs is for his mind to be taken off himself. I can do that. Or maybe I"m a just a power ho. I think a lot of people would have to kill him eventually just for being a snot, but I can take it. And he's dangerous...

But do you really want to push a man to ecstasy who can't control the Wild Magic? Those fireworks might be the last you ever see... ;)

What the heck, why not?
*Interesting aside: Ever think that maybe some of us would act just the teensiest bit different in the Land than we do here? I mean, that's what TC did, maybe more than a teensy bit but yeah, disbelief in the Land affected his behavior at first and after that knowing that he was...somewhere else...affected his behavior too. So....exactly in what way would we act different? I mean aside from hitting on lepers and old Lord dudes and stuff

Most of us would turn insane. Talking about alternative worlds, maybe dreaming about them is one thing, being confronted with it another.

I think a good deal of most people would just run amok...randomly doing all the things in the Land that authority keeps them from doing here...some people have just about all the morals of a raver, but more sadistic...

In the land, I'd ...

Post by KaosArcana »

... hopefully find that hurtloam can cure caffine addiction and a
need for glasses. 8-)

(oh, wonder what it would do with fillings, though? That could
be a bit painful ...)

And when are we going in? If it's during the time of the
Sunbane, I'd imagine our sojourn would be pretty darn
short unless we're sporting white gold ...

If I arrived after Lord's Foul Bane (say within a relatively
short time) I would probably want to try to help Lena regain
her sanity, and try to help Elena grow up with less of an
Electra complex.

If I arrived after the Illearth War, I'd ... probably not be
able to do much of anything useful in particular unless I
had white gold ... 8-)

If I arrived after The Power that Preserves, I'm not sure
what I'd do ... maybe explore the Land ...

After White Gold Wielder ... maybe I'd try to organize the
Land's survivors ... can't imagine that life there would be
too pleasant for the next few decades though ... they no
longer have the lore to call crops out of the ground and
know nothing about seasons ...

At least you can have a discussion about which male's a hottie... Don't think a talk about the women in the Chronicles would get far.

Hmm... Lena's looks and a mixture between Hollian and Gossamer for personality?

Okay --

1. Mhoram is OLD. There is no 'staff of law' under that robe, there is no viagra in the Land. Even Hurtloam and Earthblood couldn't get that Ritual of Desecration underway.

2. Vain, on the other hand, IS a Staff of Law. He has my vote. He's probably programmed with some real weird and wacky ur-vile techniques in a sick, yet very pleasureable kind of way. Nekrimah, Vain: Satisfy me! grrr!

3. Offin na-Mhoram strikes me as being pretty twisted in the sack as well. Course, he IS a raver. Again, thousands of years of experience, doesn't take carnality for granted -- there are some plusses.

4. Kasreyn and his occular. Me barking like a dog. nuf said

5. Women who like women like Elena - she's out of her frickin mind, that one. I'd get busy with her in Glimmermere with that kinky peekaboo no reflection thing going on.
