First time I was able to get on-site without logging-in.
My problem seems to be solved...
for now.

Verry funny Vain. Afraid your directions aren't doing any good, so there...

And I doubt Dlb is coming from behind a commercial firewall. (Although, I'll test from another machine as soon as I get the chance, but won't be for another week.
*sigh*
*Keeps telling himself "I can live with it"*

I'm trying something on the cookie settings front to see if it has any impact. If it has made matters worse then let me know

Logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in, got logged straight back out again. No better, no worse.
The thing that really kills me is that sometimes it's fine for an hour or two, sometime it happens every click...

So far, so good this morning. If I get logged out I'll try the test username that Vain created for me.

I assume everyone has been clicking the checkbox in the login screen?

My problems come and go, as Avatar said. Sometimes things will be perfectly fine for hours; other times every switch of the screen knocks me offline. I have been clicking that little box, and it things do seem to be better after having clicked it.

The phpBB people advised me of cookie settings changes - hopefully it will help as I have made the changes

From what I can see, the following members may have problems logging in due to an AOL commonality. Are there any AOL users out there that are having no problems and may wish to share their browser and cookie settings?:
