Vanessa quickly reappeared, gave Cletus a hearty smooch, then picked up a parachute and strapped it on with trained efficiency. "We're going to drop down by the Louvre, Cletus, you scrumptious man, and you can put on your own 'chute or fly tandem with me! Don't worry, you'll be all right, but just hold on to that Staff as it conceals your weapons while you touch it." Austin chimed back from the pilot's seat, "Don't worry, old boy, I'll rejoin you both after I've landed about a mile away! Just start using the Staff to neutralize those canine cyborgs as soon as you've landed." Cletus' response to all this was...
"Okay."
Vanessa attached Cletus to her tandem parachute, and they jumped out of the plane and landed at the Louvre in about a minute. As Vanessa blasted evil Dobermans out of the way to clear a path, Cletus held his Staff and concentrated until all the dogs with weapons attached to their collars started rolling around and purring like cats smeared with catnip oil. Things seemed to be going according to plan. But all of a sudden, Dr. Evil's #1 henchman, who coincidentally was named "Number One", appeared and said...
"I'll blast you for that!" But Cletus used to Staff to turn him into a frog and his gun into a sword.
With a skillfully placed arrow, Vanessa then knocked out Number One's grip on the sword.
