Whelp, the invasion literature is up. It'll co-incide with my turn nicely

ROFLMAO!Murrin wrote:Heh. Brings in some of the things I've been working through with Xar today as well. (We were trying to decide what happened after the end of Pantheon 1. Loremaster may be amused to know that we decided the god Thyddian was only an illusion.)

I have found a way. Continuity is saved, hurrah!Murrin wrote:Some people would end it like that, but, I really am serious about not intending Maeror to be so heartless with mortal souls. It won't fit with my previous actions at all, though. I need to work it out.
Y'know, I'm starting to think I'd really enjoy writing the General's story as a full length thing. If I was any good at writing full length things. I'll have to wait and see how it ends, though.
There wasn't much chance for anyone to react. You are just lying, Nor, when I mentioned about breaking the treaty, you completely agreed with it. You still deny the fact that you wanted to destroy Norn and take Landir.Queea, would you take a break from repeating this? I exposed that you were lying before, and how you intended to break the treaty from the start and attack Chisi. Yet you conveniently forget to answer those points.
But you basically screwed the game over for me when you shattered the world last game. I felt there was no reason to keep playing Thyddian as the land was ruined for me. And the entire pantheon didn't team up against you.
Now I am going to lose the North-East of Landir.

I've been toying with a couple of ideas about offshoots of the Pantheon game... perhaps if the game goes on long enough, we might come up with a book of stories set in Eiran - the Revelations of the various gods and the tales of the Prophets, to say the leastMurrin wrote:I have found a way. Queea, I'm kind of tired of repeating myself. For the last time, I did not agree to you betraying Chisi. As soon as you pmed me your plan the first thing I did was forward your words to Chisi. Further, I sent an army to defend her realm and I made an artifact to help defend her lands. Prattle on all you want about your view of events, the fact remains I didn't support them. Chisi will attest to my words, anyway.Queeaqueg wrote:There wasn't much chance for anyone to react. You are just lying, Nor, when I mentioned about breaking the treaty, you completely agreed with it.
Yes. Because it was Norn I spoke to in order to begin my betrayal of you. I only ever asked you to invade Bhakti. Second, Xar himself backed me up when I stated you were the one who had the intentions of attacking Norn and making the main invasion. Amusing how I never sent any troops to Landiir.Queeaqueg wrote:You still deny the fact that you wanted to destroy Norn and take Landir.
Don't bother repeating yourself again.

Ahh, of course... PMs you sent to Xar is proof
You have sent me countless PMs and replies on how you want Landir to yourself, having Norn destroyed... especially Bhakti. You even sent a PM saying how much you want to set up Undine... not to mention your agreement to break a treaty with La'Roo. And you did send quite a few troops to Landir becuase I kicked them all out.

I think I speak for everyone when I say we've probably gone over this enough times as it is... I'd appreciate it if the whole "who wanted to betray whom" could stop. Whatever's happened is happened, and no amount of complaining or arguing is going to change events which have already been posted, so such a long discussion is meaningless anyway.
Sorry, guys, but if I see another post referring to the Queeaqueg-Nor Yekith betrayal/double crossing/whatever which took place one or two turns ago, I'm going to delete it.

My apologies Xar. Apologies to the rest of the pantheon players for having to read of this dispute. I will cease immediately.Xar wrote:I think I speak for everyone when I say we've probably gone over this enough times as it is... Do you mean just them? Can I still egg things on?Xar wrote:Sorry, guys, but if I see another post referring to the Queeaqueg-Nor Yekith betrayal/double crossing/whatever which took place one or two turns ago, I'm going to delete it.

*ahem*
But seriously...
Simjen wrote:The purpose of this book will be to set and inforce law. Be it natural law or the rulings between men, nations, or even deities. What is written will be reflected in what is. And it will be bound to the one who writes their name on the front page.
It sounds like Simjen somehow made a book that Hedra can write in, and, if she writes something about what the laws of a Forest will be, my Forests are bound to it. I would be very surprised if that is the case. I just don't know how to interpret these quotes. Help?Hedra Iren wrote:The goddess of knowledge I may be, but I am also the goddess of Law. I have taken this burden upon myself, and I intend to uphold it, through my own heritage, my power, and the Book of Law forged by the Smith. I shall not abide any attempt at breaking or cheating the laws of the world...
