No no no. Now you have to read Speaker For The Dead and Xenocide and Children of the Mind. Then the Shadow series, Ender's Shadow etc.

Then you can read ASOIAF. No rush, gods only know when the next will be out, let alone when it will be finished. ;)

I have downloaded speaker for the dead but thought I would change gears... However I could be persuaded to finish the series first....

Just found The Mistborn Trilogy in a box for 3 bucks at a library sale/fundraiser. Pretty good so far [though only about 20 pages in].

AHAHAHAHHAHA

Told ya I could be persuaded.

I will switch back to 'Speaker for the Dead', then make a decision to either switch gears or finish the series the rest of the way first.

Speaker is the best of that series. But I actually prefer the Shadow series I think.

thought you had read that years ago, or I would have recommended it. Speaker also a great read.

Saw how that worked out for Burgess Meredith on the Twilight Zone.

Currently reading Feast of Souls: Magister Trilogy, Book 1 by C. S. Friedman.

I really hope this is going somewhere. It's really getting tedious.

Decided to switch gears after all. A friend dropped me off two 'analog' books. I had been re-reading the I-Robot series by Asimov and a friend of mine just finished these two and dropped them off. I figure I will go ahead and read

The Naked Sun, The Robots of Dawn

and then go back to my e-books again. That will save me the cost of buying them.

I love those, but you're missing one or two...hang on...

Order is:

The Caves of Steel
The Naked Sun
The Robots of Dawn
Robots and Empire

Last one wasn't very good, but the first ones were great. They're really detective stories.

I read Caves of Steel a couple of months ago (along with I-robot). The same guy I got the other books from. As he finishes them he is routing them to me to read. When someone 'loans' me a book a try to get it read and back to them quickly for two reasons. First so I dont forget I have it or who I got it from, and second and most importantly so that they will keep loaning me books.
