It suck to be home
I had a great weekend, and meeting everyone in person was definitely the highlight of my year so far

Seeing how friendly everyone is, and how intelligent the conversation was (except for discussing a certain hamburger joint in Seattle!), I wish I'd had the opportunity to meet you all sooner!
On top of all that, we got to hear Stephen speak. I didn't get a chance to chat with him at the dinner, but he talked about Leprosy being the embodiment of social isolation, and how so many people can identify with Covenant's leprosy because we all know what it's like to feel alone. I really appreciated that, just like I appreciated this whole weekend. I've been having a really hard time lately; I'm not normally an outgoing person, and I have a hard time making friends. My best friend lives two hours away, and the other people I hang out with, it's only because we work together, and not that we have anything in common. Anyway, I was surprised at how easy it was to let my guard down with everyone, and to feel welcome there.
Anyway, thanks everyone for being so great, and making it such a memorable weekend
