I think Fist has found another dealer for his daily Deity fix. Someone moving in on Xar's corner. Now we get the straight throw-down... turf war for the prime dealing corner.

(Or, perhaps I watched all five seasons of The Wire in a few weeks time, and it's sort of gotten me into a gangland drug war mentality.)

I thought those who entered the Mists were not receiving anything further this turn, other than the PDF sent out earlier. I am hoping I'm wrong, as I had others doing things this turn. But as far as I understand it, since all those who entered the Mists were manifested, they have their "results" for this turn.

Silly deity! My assumption is that we will all have a passing interest in any posted world events - since the last posting was Aug 30th!

And not only that, but just because you were in the mists, doesn't mean that The Numen couldn't attack your people while your back was turned. So, there might be some results that pertain to you anyway.

I made it clear in my submission that entering the Mists would only happen after something else was taken care of, that something else taking precedence. From Xar's comments, I believe I did do what I planned, and I'm eagerly awaiting results.

I don't think I was attacking your people. So, you should be fine.

Yes, I did similar before entering the Mists. I had to get from The Maw to where all the other deities gathered, after all. But my impression from Xar is those who did enter the Mists are not going to receive any further results for this last turn.

I seriously hope I am mistaken.

I think almost all of Syl's people are over by the Ark, which is nowhere near my guys. So... not impossible that they trekked across the map to go mess with the worshippers of a guy who builds mountain ranges in his spare time. But very unlikely. And if they did, well... that kind of stupidity really deserves the righteous stomping that they'd get in return. I'm the god of Knowledge, not the god of stupid decisions. (Would that be the God of Adventurers?)

What I find funniest is that Xar reads all of these comments we make about what we hope / think / suspect / fear he'll do. And he doesn't comment. 'Cause he likes watching us all squirm. He could clear it up with a simple post of "There will be non-mist results for all the gods who went into the mists.", but instead he just sits back and watches us debate and haggle the point.

We truly are like ants in an antfarm to him.

As do I. I spent about two pages writing up my other event and only a paragraph (basically what is seen in the mists write-up) on the Mists. There is no way in hell Simjen would've gone into the mists without doing the other thing first.

All I can say is that I did ask Xar via MSN one day if the deities who entered the Mists will be getting any further results after he sent out the pdf and he said, "No." But that was like two months ago. Things may have changed as he started processing the results of those who didn't enter the Mists.

Nah, Fist'd be a druid.

It looks kind of like Odin, I thought.

I think Fist would play a female Night Elf anyway, just so he could stare at her ass while he plays.

That is certainly why my druid is a female night elf!

Not to mention the nice way she bounces occaisonally and her 'pole dance' style dancing!

I can get all of that on www.suicidegirls.com or youtube. And I don't even have to play WoW to do it.
