I feel good, I beat Damelon at a game of Star Wars Trivial Pursuit last night.

Considering the answer to every other question for you seemed to be "Lando Calrissian", it's not terribly surprising.

I do have to say that the detail of your knowledge of the series far surpasses mine. :Hail:

I made lots of yummy food yesterday and slept a lot today.
I'd rather be playing Star Wars Trivial Pursuit with Jenn and Damelon.

Every now and then, lately I've been feeling the urge to move and go somewhere else... I've been here for four years now, and while I liked the place, the job and the people I met here, sometimes now I feel like it's time to move on.

I still have things to do here, papers to finish writing and so on, but I'm starting to think I wouldn't mind moving somewhere else in the first few months of 2010, perhaps somewhere in the U.S. for at least a couple of years... The problem is finding a place where I like the research they're doing, and a place which is good for the career as well (not as easy as it may sound)...

Perhaps I should write that professor in NYC I spoke with in November... I suspect F&F would be happy if I showed up over there... :P

How bizarre that I happened to get online minutes after that post. I don't often read this thread, but noticed that you were the last post. A few minutes more, and someone else would probably post after you, and I'd never have seen it. All one big coincidence? I think not! It's a sign from Fate that you should move to NYC! :D

Damelon apparently has our sun hostage, so we just need to get him to stay here.

I am now home.

The sun taunted me today, not coming out till I was on the air bridge boarding the plane at SFO. So I have released the sun from it's duty to hide, Sorus.

It was out the whole flight back, save for the last 250 miles into Chicago. Where I haven't seen it since. Well, the sun has set by now here, so there's a reason why it isn't out now, but no matter. :P

I come home to find the dog upset since he'd been in the kennel all week. The cat is upset because the dog is back and her vacation is over. Maybe I should bring them with me next time.... No, poor idea.
