Bromfield is a cross-street. If you're headed up Tremont, away from Park Street and towards Government Center, Bromfield will be on your right. Just go down Bromfield a block or so & Rico's is on your right.

anyway, whats the best way to get to government center from logan, if youre such a geography wiz?
not sure if any of the subway lines go up there

You can take the Blue Line subway. It goes from Logan to Gov't Center. You could take a cab, but it'd cost you about $20--the subway's only $1.25. Just watch out for all the students & tourists with their suitcases--the Blue Line's a pain in the summer.

rofl, the day i get here its 95 and humid, today its 60 and frickin freezing
