First guess STEAL. Bottom left liked it a lot. I thought I might get it in 2 with SMELT. I guessed wrong on the L. Annoyed, but I should get it in 3 with SLEPT. Or not. So by then I didn't know if I was going to get this one at all, because I was only revealing one more letter with guesses 2, 3, and 4.

For a different take of word game... there is now absurdle...

Has some of the same rules as wordle except and this is a biggy...no preselected word of the day. Me telling me my answer would absolutely not help you because even if you used my word exactly ...it would not be the correct answer for you.

Type in a word and has same yellow green and grey...but then absurdle can change the word based on your guesses until absurdle runs out of possibilities of word choices based on your prior guesses.

So it cannot cheat and change the word to have a prior greyed out letter. It cannot cheat and if you had yellow or green letter before the list of words that it can change to still has to contain those yellow or green letters and if green is second letter it cannot change that green second letter to another position.

As you can imagine it can get a little tricky so one last caveat you have unlimited guesses and if too frustrated there is always the give up button

There word I finally produced was daddy....trust me you do not want to type daddy as your first word because

1. It will not be the correct word for you
2. It will eliminate a bunch of possibilities because of how many d's

To make it even more absurd, it made I guess for me. It guessed VAULT. I knew the word did not have A, U, L, or T, because I had already guessed them. I tried NEVER. But it wouldn't give me the Enter button when I typed those letters. I backspaced them, and there was VAULT as an already submitted guess.

So maybe this one is a little too absurd for me.

By the time I got to bobby I was running out of letters so knew they had to be duplicate letters and something y at end

Did you change the difficulty setting? Make sure in settings none of the boxes are selected unless you are up for a larger challenge

I didn't notice the Random guess button before. I must have accidentally hit that last time.

It's funny. I start with the same two words each time. And it gives me the same hints each time. I've done the so far
