Fresh-brewed iced tea from the Keurig machine at work. Fill a 16-oz. cup with ice, pop an English Breakfast K-cup into the machine, hit the 8-oz. button, top it off with more ice.

Rats, it's gone. Might have to go and get another....

Made a cream of mushroom soup with carrots, celery, onions, and garlic with dill, sage, and taragon as seasoning... and a smidgen of pepper. Turned out pretty good.

took one of my diet soups (creme of chicken) add a little water, spread on parchment paper.

microwave for one minute, til it makes a type of bread.

add a sprinkle of low fat cheese, two slices of tomato and 1/2 tsp of low fat italian dressing.

enjoy with a wal-mart raspberry apple water.

yes - i have recommitted to my diet. with a fierceness that is actually a bit startling. :)

lorin: Garden? This must be at the new place...

Stone: I'm not entirely certain, but I think Sarge probably peels the dried soup off the parchment paper before he eats it. ;) OTOH, a little extra roughage never hurt anybody....

Julienne potatoes, french-cut green beans, diced green chiles and shrimp baked in a cheese sauce that is partly chevre and partly cheddar, thinned with veggie stock, then adjusted with crema agria.
