Record-breaking heatwave. Do not want.
Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing

Dry heat. Small mercies. Supposed to be hot all week, though today was supposedly the worst of it.

I like dry heat but it can be wearing .. if its an extended period like a couple of weeks.
LOL
winter tends to wintery.
I much prefer summer to winter .. these days

Yeah, I've always preferred summer. It's mostly the light though...I hate it when the sun sets so early, and rises late.

Thats a huge thing for us here .. as much of our day is spent outside.
I also prefer the promise of warmth that summer brings

Rain rain rain rain rain. Really enjoying it. Lush and cool and dark green.
Been working in back of trailers doing manual loading,
(on a hot day it gets like a greenhouse, dripping sweat and hellish), with the
patter of cool rain on the roof it was ideal working conditions.
Someone told me its going to be a short summer this year ...

Summer at last this weekend - warm blue skies with fat fluffy clouds.
Cool and misty today -

Baking hot yesterday.
(France is expecting a heat wave. The worst will hit the north ...)
Rain today, thank goodness while it lasts.

What's baking hot?
Cold here by my standards, min 4C, max 18C.
Just past mid-winter, but the days are still fairly warm.

It's 29C here and humid, as is the usual pattern for June.

It 'rained' today, which is pretty much unheard of at this time of year. I didn't get to see it first-hand, and suspect it was probably more along the line of heavy fog, but still unusual.

Mega heat wave from the Sahara steadily making its way across Europe. Will be baking hot by the weekend.
Warm and sunny today with a nice cool sea breeze. Odd because the coast is miles and miles and miles away.
