Chrys, I submit to shutterstock.com You could try there.

Thanks for that! I shall go take a peek there now. DO you submit one at a time or just say 'here is what I have, what do you want?' type of thing?

Balon...
I hereby request permission to use that picture when I post your "soon-to-be-shared" curry recipe in The Cantina on The Hangar...

Thanks. . . I saw the park bench and thought of you, so of course I had to take a picture of it.

Yeah, that'll be my niche in the photography market:
Great Park Benches of Canada, a wonderful companion coffee table book to
Great Outhouses of America.

Try it out!

That first one is impressive! I've never seen ice on trees quite like that before.

Thanks! In the winter we often get weather in which it's warm enough for rain to fall in the upper atmosphere, but the temperature is less than freezing closer to the ground. That's how we get such a coating of ice on anything outside. Believe me, it isn't fun to drive with that stuff out there on the roads. Thankfully it's warm enough to melt most of the ice today.

This isn't unusual. . . this happens at least once a winter here. The following picture is from last year's BIG ice storm (and I regret to say it isn't my own photo). . .
