Bah, it's 1am and working on that project again. I didn't learn my lesson from yesterday. (At least my modeling lecture presentation went well. Blue Steel and all of that.) Time to force myself to go to bed.

When I start thinking I have things tough, I watch documentaries etc of people who have it WAY worse - gives me perspective and I feel much better for it.

I hardly ever get sick too. Luckily, I tend to get over things fast as well. This one showed up on Saturday. Monday / Tuesday bad, today pretty good. :D

rainy day today, which dampens the mood, , but feeling fairly cheery despite it. #3 kid's team won their baseball game last night and he did pretty well himself, which made for an upbeat morning as he was eager to get to school and tell his friends about it. no sub jobs available so i am home again today, goofing off. maybe i'll get something constructive done, maybe not, too early to tell.

I feel almost EVIL! I happened to be perusing Powell's online website, an activity that is not unusual for me. I decided to see if there were any hardcover copies of SRD's stuff. It must have been fate, or the whim of kind and generous gods because I SCORED!!! Somebody must have just unloaded their relative's collection because I got this list:

Mirror of Her Dreams, 1st edition, hardcover, signed
A Man Rides Through, 1st edition, hardcover
Daugther of Regals, 1st edition, hardcover
Illearth War, 1st edition, hardcover
Reave the Just, 1st edition, hardcover
The One Tree, hardcover
White Gold Wielder, hardcover
Chaos & Order: The Gap into Madness, hardcover
A Dark and Hungry God Arises: The Gap into Power, hardcover

Just realized I left Gildenfire, 1st edition, hardcover off the list!
Forbidden Knowledge: The Gap into Vision, hardcover
The Real Story: The Gap into Conflict, hardcover

The most expensive one was Illearth War at 40 bucks. The total bill came to 150.71. I am totally dancing on air. WHOO HOO!

Muh Uh AH AH AH! It's like CHRISTMAS! ONLY BETTER! Now all I need are Lord Foul's Bane, The Power That Preserves, The Wounded Land and This Day All God's Die and my collection will be complete, then I will be the master..... Seriously, I am such a dork that I tried to call Lucimay so I could squeal with glee over the phone and she's not answering....damn her!

So you already have the 'Man Who" series in Hardback? 'Cause if you don't, then you're no master!
