and Hello Lord Earthblood
Sorry to welcome you so late but I've been hanging out with some really weird people in New Mexico and only just got home.

Hi Other Donaldson Fans!
It is great to know there are so many fans. I started reading Donaldson several years ago - and I could only find one of his books in the book stores. Now, most of his books are available and so many are ebooks and audiobooks, and it's just great!
So, my husband thinks I wanted white gold for our wedding rings because white gold is pretty. javascript:emoticon('') But you all know the real truth. javascript:emoticon(':D')

Hello Mergatroid!
Welcome to the Watch.
[
wondered where Mergatroid came from. Googled. Had forgotten there were a whole host of Murgatroyds in Ruddigore (Gilbert and Sullivan), most of whom were ghosts. Name taken up in 1944 film then used by Snagglepuss in Yogi Bear cartoons.]

Welcome to the Watch, psychotica!
[plays appropriate Patsy Cline track]
Our Gracious Concierge (a former Floridian herself) should be along shortly to offer her ritual welcome as well.
I see you've already been to Hopeful Riders, concurred with the clearly-obvious choice for an actor to play TC, and shared your date of birth. Youngster.
May you thrive here...you are already well on the way to contributing.

Greetings and salutations!
I am an avid reader of the Gap Series, and Mordant's Need. Enjoyed Covenant but only re-read once. Each successive book seemed to get harder for me to read, but I gamely got out my dictionary and trudged through them. Kindle makes looking up the words much easier--I might try another re-read...

Welcome to the Watch, Dolfineer!
Glad you took up the invitation. (Yes, that was me...) You've come to us at a good moment, given your interest in Gap. Cord Hurn has just started a group read-and-comment on
A Dark and Hungry God Arises, so the Gap discussion is likely to be entering an active and exciting phase.
May you thrive here and contribute.

Hello Dolphineer
I've read the Gap once but have read the Chronicles over and over again! Love Mordant's Need as well. Read that several times too.
