I play music akin to Stomp sometimes...of course it really depends on my state of inebriation.

Pixies - Surfer Rosa/Come On Pilgrim. I've had this for ages - purchased because I heard good things about the band - but I never thought much of it until this week. Funny how things suddenly sound different after time has elapsed. I always liked Bone Machine, but I now add Break My Body, Gigantic and Where Is My Mind? to my favourites on the album. I thought Where Is My Mind? sounded familiar, and I just read that it was played at the end of Fight Club 8)

Edge wrote:'Once More With Feeling' - soundtrack of the Buffy musical episode.
I thought about buying that...

Still listening to the Pixies. I've become obsessed with that album, particularly (the song I forgot to mention, despite it being my favourite) River Euphrates.

Been listening to the White Stripes' Elephant. I'm thinking of going out and buying White Blood Cells.
Oh, and Lord Mhoram's post reminded me about the Libertines - my dad has both albums, but I should try and get copies for myself...

David Gilmour's self-titled solo album.

Say Anything Say Anything is a Real Boy. Good God this band is so ridiculously good!!! Check them out! They are the saviors of rock'n'roll....

Greatest Hits- the Cure, namely "A Forest," "Let's Go To Bed," and so many more.
