I seem to be on a re-reading kick. ;)

Just finished re-reading Speaker for the Dead by Orson Scott Card. :)

Just finished The Naked God yesterday. Good series, good ending, though there were one or two minor points in the ending I didn't quite get (Jay Hilton saying 'In 15 years I'll be able to see all the Confederation stars' - don't understand that).

No new books for a little while now, but my guess is I'll probably get sick of not reading and continue my MBotF reread.

Heh, I just went to see the PoA movie (finally!), so I may be re-reading PoA, as well. :)

Spoiler
Didn't Joshua just move all the stars and planets of the Confederation outside the galaxy for quite some distance? It stands to reason that if he did that then it would be quite some time before the light from the stars, in their new positions, reached Jay Hilton if she was on one of those planets. And he changed their internal positions too, right, so it would be only 15 years and not a lot longer to see them all?
I hope I remember this correctly now. :)

Of course! Thank you for reminding me of that.

I ordered A Man Rides Through after finding that it is not temporarily out of print after all. Last time I listen to her.

Yes. I was looking for something to read and I was torn between Hyperion and Anber...So I bought the great book harkening back to your recommendation.

I was re-reading Amber thru the Great Book this weekend...reminds me why I fell in love with that series, namely the first five books (the "Corwin Chronicles"). Good luck, Brinn. I envy you because you're reading Nine Princes for the first time!!

I like the Guns of Avalon the best out of the books. It's been awhile since I've re-read those.
