Guns, is the holiday in Orlando going to be strictly family and close friends? Will there be any time for possibly meeting a semi-local for the first time?

But I keep waking up with a flat tummy, so maybe my body has been lying to me about the fullness factor. It is strange, though, stuffing in these extra calories and not jogging. I'm supposed to, though, which is even weirder.
I guess I should be happy. I'm on a program to gain weight. Time for some yogurt at Bruster's.
LF- When I had to gain weight I ate a ton of eggs, peanut butter, and tuna. LOTS of it. Eggs all the time... some for breakfast, then some hard boiled ones as a snack later... and seriously peanut butter on a spoon. It's nummy. And tuna with cheese on toasted bread melted in the microwave for like 15 seconds. I would eat a couple of those for lunch. Oh! Also, at QFC I could get little individual servings of BBQ pork with hot mustard sauce. I suppose I went crazy on the protein, but it worked out for me.
I wasn't allowed to eat really fatty foods since I was doing this for my trainer, but I gained about 10lbs in probably 3ish weeks.
Although the weight gain is good, all the eating gets expensive

I'm back to my eating whenever I feel hungry, and I haven't lost weight (yay!) but I don't have to constantly buy food.
Anywhoo, good luck to ya!

As much as I would LOVE to my dear, the truth of it is that my brother (as you probably recall) is battling cancer, and the crew (and responsibilities) I have is almost too much as it is. I just couldn't fit in and stay sane enough to enjoy it.
Next time?

As do I.
I hope good memories are formed on your trip, and that you do keep me abreast of any future plans to be down this way.

I feel good today. The final action sequence shoot went fabulous on Saturday! Good fun was had by all and Seth(Lord Mormon) made me laugh myself into tears. I hope Luci got pics of me losing my cool.....

It was great to hang out with Luci again and great to meet Sorus in person! Both of the gals rocked their urvile roles and Luci did a quick stint as Drool which she nailed beautifully! It's gonna be good.
On other notes, Guns, too bad you won't get to meet up with Pam but I hope you get some good quality time in with your brother. When you hug him, make sure you put the love and support of us here at the watch into it too! OH, and if you are going to Disneyland, get on the front car of Space Mountain and mark the spot where the camera is and POSE for us! Seriously! You and your Bro! That would RULE!

Thanks, Wads. I am a fan of the peanut butter! Haven't had any of the genuine stuff in ages, but I did have some peanut butter yogurt from Bruster's.
But yeah, I think I may have added the fatty stuff into my diet too soon--or at least a faster rate than I should have. Last week was definitely a blur of dietary no-nos. Again, I suppose it's cause I was in a celebratory mood after college.
I'm recovering, though! Today I had veggies. Still feeling a little stuffed, but a couple more days and sensible choices and I think I'll balance out.

Good for you

You can gain weight in a healthy manner.... it just costs more. Go, buy some Jiff peanut butter right now!
Edit- Also, sugar is horrible for energy levels. Personally, I always feel best when I cut it completely out. Not that that happens often, though. I'm back to being so addicted to caffine (Mtn. Dew) that not having it gives me near-migrane level headaches. (It was so bad on Saturday that I though I was going to vomit

)
Edit- an addict should be able to spell their addiction correctly...

Yeah, I've been drinking hot green tea in the morning. The first couple days without caffeine were definitely strange!

Doesn't tea have caffeine?

Woops, forgot that! I guess it's like a nicotine patch, then. Probably need it after all those espresso shots that kept me cognizant during the semester.
Note to self: will probably never give up my cafe Americano...McDonald's has surprisingly good coffee too. Heck--as long as it's black and burns my face off.

Green tea has no caffeine. I used to be a caffeine junky too, as bad as Wads sound she is. Then I gave up all caffeine for 3 or four years.
I still very rarely drink coffee, but I do drink quite a bit of tea. Try to stick to Rooibos (no caffeine) though. Normal tea has more caffeine than instand coffee.

Arrgh. I ever so slightly twisted my knee Sunday. Now for the last two days it's been uncomfortably stiff.

Without coffee I would not be alive today. Set your awatch and warrant it.
Sorry about the knee Dame.
In 24 hours my family and I will be jetting to FL. I'll be off the watxh for a week. Try not to miss me.

I once read that an Egg McMuffin can put anyone back together after a night out!

Guns! A whole WEEK without our morning "Guess the next poster" tag???!!!???? Whatever shall I do????

I'll have to figure out a way to manage somehow. Have a fabuloso time in Fl.
Egg Mcmuffins do have an eerie way of setting a hangover to rights, that and a McDonald's shake of any flavor....
Damelon, sorry about the knee. But hey, sitting at your desk playing literati with me should help immensely with your recovery!
