Feeling terrible today - its winter here and I've caught a cold. Headache, sore throat, tiredness, the lot. The worst thing is, I caught it from someone at work. Why people come into the office when they are ill... *shakes head*.
But its not a flu, and a day or two and I'll be fine.

Winter here too damnit. Getting dark early, and cold. Climbing slipped from twice a week to once every two weeks if I'm lucky. Can feel the difference too. Lack of excercise.

It's going to be hot, (93F, 34C) and humid today. It will cool off to 75F (24C) tomorrow.
Typical Chicago weather. If you don't like the weather; wait a day, it will change.

I've been in denial. Managed to get some poison oak while at the retreat....gah. I hate poison oak. This totally sucks.
