Linden did not have any vision. She was not a seer or oracle. She could not predict the future. She was just able to see the good in something or someone or see the bad. Anyway, I think Linden would have screwed up! She would have drunk the Earthblood and made some stupid command that would have backfired like it did with Elena. I think that is the way the Earthblood would have been for anyone!

I don't think the Earthblood is accessible anymore. The only way in was thru Amok. He was the "way and the door", only he could open Damelon's Door to the Aisle of Approach. All others would wander aimlessly under Melenkurion Skyweir. And there was probably considerable damage from the battle between Elena and dead Kevin.
It is interesting that Kevin didn't use this himself, he was supposed to so wise and a "master" of the Earthpower. Why couldn't he come up with a command that would rid the Land of the Despiser instead of resorting to the Ritual of Desecreation.?

Oh, I know how the Despiser works...I am wary. Very wary.
He was throwing the Illearth Stone around earlier, he "said" it was glowing green cheese...but, you know how despisers are...they LIE.
